FranMar is certified to ISO9001:2015 and factory in China is certified to ISO9001:2008 (will update in year 2018 to 2015 version). Products carry the safety agency marks of approval by UL, cUL, TUV, CB, CE, FCC, PSE, CCC, RCM and etc.

Well-established quality system (quality engineering, incoming quality control, in-process quality control, final quality control, quality assurance, RMA service) and a QA quality analysis computer system help us to lower our product error rate year after year. Fast delivery is just our normal and standard process. We fully understand, customers are always anxious when an order is released. We keep stock on hand, lot of our standard models can be delivered within few days after receiving a customer's ordered.
Speed is not enough. Together with fast delivery, we provide good packaging to protect our products, proper documentation to quickly clear customs, and prompt notification of product status to our customers. We keep following up until our customer has well received the product and is fully satisfied.
