FranMar Global Industry Recovery Stimulation Plan

The impact of the covid-19 epidemic led to the global economic recession in 2020, and the international epidemic situation is still in an unstable situation. In addition to looking forward to the early launch of the vaccine, we also hope that all partners can continue to take protective measures and operate permanently. As a pioneer of small and diverse "standard power supply" in the world and an important role as a global strategic partner of Mean Well, FranMar deeply believed that power supply is not the end product, power supply orders must rely on the equipment needs of the final system reboot. Only upstream and downstream supply chains connected together and able to boost “industry recovery”. Normal operations and normal life can only be resumed after the industry’s overall revival. Therefore, FranMar and Mean Well have initiated its 『Stimulation Plan to promote industry recovery』 which is based the concept of "caring about our partners and assisting industrial recovery" to promote the "industrial recovery plan". The Stimulation Plan is as follows.

1. From October 1, 2020 to November 16, 2020, purchase full series of Mean Well models.
2. From October1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, purchase full series of FranMar models and meet the following two requirements:
   • 2.1 If the purchase amount of Q4 in 2020 has increased compared to Q4 2019 (quarterly purchase), 15% of the total increased purchased amount will be rewarded
   • 2.2 40% of the total purchase amount of new models purchased in Q4 2020 (models were not purchased before September 30, 2020) will be rewarded

1. The total amount of the above 1~2 rewards shall not be greater than 3% of the total purchase amount between your company and FranMar in Q4 2020.
2. FranMar will initial the credit note in March 2021 to deduct your next purchase amount.
